I-485 questions: urgent

Can anyone kindly help me on this topic? Thanks in advance.

I am concurrent filing I-485 and I-140 for me and my wife, she is also a student.

For my wife's I-485, we should also file I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) and I-864 (Affidavit of Support), is this correct?/ or are there any other forms to be filled?

Should we pay the $70 fingerprinting fee now? or waiting for USCIS notice?
