學生駑鈍，想澄清一下， 您所說的I-140 receipt 是移民局寄來的Form I-797 Receipt Notice， 還是網上申請完後產生的 Confirmation receipts? 是否其中任何一個的copy都可以用於申請I-485?


-Had better be Form I-797 Receipt Notice, but the efiled Confirmation Receipt may also work. If you do not have a choice, you just do whatever you have.
