因為沒有拿到EB1B的I-140 approve notice, 所以沒有file I-485。 也還沒有file NIW 的I-485。 請問這種情況是否可以 file I-485嗎？

-You have to provide the copy of the I-140 approval notice or the copy of the I-140 receipt to file I-485

 還是一定需要EB1b的I-140 approve notice

-I-140 receipt also works.

 

我有NIW的approve notice

-This only can be used to file I-485 based on the NIW I-140 when the PD is currrent.
