Applying GC for Spouse

Not I am lazy typing Chinese but I just lost everything so had to retype this in English.

I am a US greencard holder and am applying for my wife now in Canada, she's applying for Canadian citizenship now, but needs to get 無犯罪紀錄in China.需要什麽文件?可否委托人辦?

Is it possible to get interview in China once she gets Canadian citizenship?Ｉhear it's faster in China than in Canada by several months.
