再請教86老師，關於I-129填表有一個疑問

填表I-129中，第二頁的Part 4

Part 4. Processing Information.
1. If the person named in Part 3 is outside the United States or a requested extension of stay or change of status cannot be granted, give the U.S. consulate or inspection facility you want notified if this petition is approved.

pjiang老師的指導帖子裏說，選consulate，那麽接下來的幾個地址怎麽填呢：Office Address, US state or Foreign Contry 以及Person's Foreign Address 都分別填什麽呢？可以不填嗎？

另外，剛剛在USCIS網站上看到，從FORMS進去，I-129的Filing Fee 顯示是$325；但是在H-1B申請頁麵顯示Base filing fee是$320，到底是哪個費用呢？怕搞錯了，因為數目不對給退回來。或者選個高的繳費？
