剛收到新公司HR信要我提供reference和current vacation time, sick time.
不知道她說current vacation time, sick time 是問：

(A)我現在公司一年有多少vacation和sick day呢?
OR
(B)問我今年還剩下多少vacation和sick day呢?
恩，不知道新公司辦h1b transfer的時候會知道我被現在公司laid off嗎？
-The h1 transfer is not related to your previous compnay and you justneed to provide copies of the old approv h1 notice and the old h1 I-94 and the latest 3 month paycheck stubs. That is all. "vacation和sick day" is not needed for the H1 transfer.
如果會知道的話，我是不是得說上周五被laid off？不然辦transfer過程中發現的話，怕會公司說我不誠實。
