1. I-130 deadline for V visa expired more than 1 year ago, and no sign of extension in this congressional session.
2. V visa is issued at consular posts after a waiting period. Your spouse will still not be eligible even if Congress will extend the period. Your spouse will not get any immigration benefit from you before you natualized.
