有人說，基於已批準的 I-140 的3年延期申請，按 regular H-1B application 處理，如果這樣，那就要交 $1500+$500+$320， 而不是 I-129 上說的第二次延期的 filing fee 是 $320.

-Not true. No training fee and no anti-fraud fee in your case.
