你好.有個問題想請教.我父親黑了6.7 年.我是公民.我可以申請他綠卡.他的護照是濄期的,大使館不給延.請問移民局是怎麽要求這種情況的?謝謝!!!

-Just use the expired passport for the green card application and it may work (I heard someone got that done). You have no choice, anyway.
