-Maximum is 3 years, up to your job duration.

2)隻要雇主還願意雇你,是不是就能續簽下來

-normally yes if the job and you all are qualified fro TN.

3)如果工作沒了,是不是可以憑加拿大公民的身份在美國永久居住呢?

-No.
