請教TN問題，

I'm in usa now and applied for H4. If a company wants to
hire me, can I go back to canada for just one day and come back
to get a TN in Port of Entry? If it's ok, the potential
employer won't be involved in I-129 Form to sponsor my TN visa.
Is it legal, tricky or risky? (I never had a TN before, just TD and H4.)
