謝謝863211，還有一些問題，我的I-140 has been approved by current employment long ago. Will the new employment need new I-140 approval or not? Do you mean I can do the HIB transfer and HIB extension at the same time? HIB extension 隻能在到期前6個月內才能申請麽？
