Thank you very much for your kind response! The problem is that we cannot give up our job and school going back to USA to reapply the RP. Besides, it is not our fault that the mails got lost. We submitted the changing address request before we left for China. After the search, it seems that they sent the mails to the address in USA, which we do not live any more.Do you have any other way to ask them to resend the mails to us?! Thanks!
