今天剛接到消息，從今天就不需要去公司了，最後一天是19號，和公司詢問能不能把時間往後推兩周，告知不行，公司的律師建議我馬上就轉h4，我的情況是現在有另外一家公司的麵試，樂觀的情況能在兩周左右拿到offer，但是他們什麽時候能開始h1b transfer就不得而知了。
-Wait for the job for a couple of weeks and do the H1 transfer if you get the job. You should be OK to get the H1 transfer approved with the I-94 if you do the h1 transfer within one month afer you are laid off. if you do not get the job, then change your status to H4.
請問，我是現在就趕緊申請h1轉h4，還是再等一周到兩周看看麵試後的情況如何再決定？
假設拿到了offer但是兩個h1b日期之間有兩周的gap，會有什麽問題嗎？
