2）如果現在不寄愛人和孩子， 是不是要等我I485批準後才能寄?

-Not true. They can file the I-485 any time as long as your PD is current even if your I-485 is pending..

 我看見I485 說明 “who may file”2a 說  "和主申請人同時" 或 "主申請人獲得批準後的任何時候"。
我的H1時間很緊張， 想早寄， 又怕她們等時間太長。
