Suggestion: 政治避難 is very difficult and if their applciations are denied, they will be deported out of US and it will affect their future entry to US (either non-immigration or immigration). So, you had better find a responsible lawyer to evalute it. Some lawyers just want money and say "Yes" to you, so be careful.
