那H1B 是不是根本就不用做AMENDMENT, 如果公司是SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST的話?

-Correct unless your job responsibilities (job area) change substantially. Just promotion does not file h1 amendment in your case.

還有, 如果PAYROLL上現在是MANAGER的TITLE, 但是HR出的EMPLOYMENT LETTER還是用原來140用的TITLE, CIS會要看PAYROLL的記錄嗎?

-Normally USCIS does not check it unless they feel something wrong.

還是EMPLOYMENT LETTER 就足夠了?
