如果I140 amend 裏麵什麽都沒變（title, job description)， 除了sponsorship變了(因為是successor in interest). 但是H1B amendment 現在已經先交了, 用了上麵的title change (加SPONSORSHIP CHANGE), 其他也沒變.
這樣的話, I140 AMENDMEND 會有問題嗎?
-It will be fine if USCIS does not realize it. H1 amendment has nothing to do with the I-140 adn thus, it will not affect the I-140.
