我兒子以政治庇護家屬身份JUN2，10，申請I485，我是JUN23,10入籍的，但今天收到移民局來信說綠卡被拒了，因為我是公民，不符合庇護綠卡條件，

-Correct. You should have not got the US citizenship.

那我現在該怎麽做？還有不久的機會嗎？

-You have to sponsor your son using family based category. If your son is less than 21 old and not marry yet, he will get the green card in several month. Otherwise, he has to wait for the priority date to be current to file I-485 which may takes several years.
