回複：還是父母綠卡的問題

請問父母移民麵試如果沒問題，會當場通過嗎？我聽說一般需要2-3個星期綠卡才會寄到。

 

如果申請人在綠卡收到前離境，然後我們把綠卡寄回國，這樣做會有問題嗎？

-Fine, but your parents have to get the I-485 approval notice (i.g. email, mail or online status check) before they leave. Otherwise, their I-485 will be invalid if they do not have a valid AP at hand before their I-485s are approved..
