遞交485以後，出入境最保險的做法是繼續申請H1-B簽證，這樣萬一485被拒，還可以合法地呆在美國。當然，他也說了，這是極小數的情。

-If the I-485 is denied, you do not need to leave US and you just extend your H1 within US before your H1 expires and then, you can get back to H1 status. So, it is safe for an H1 holder to use AP.
