1) There is no difference between changing a name from "Wan" to "Wang" and from "Wan" to "Clinton";
2) You thought you were able to change your name all by yourself, at will;
3) Your attorney is on your side, w/o awareness of something like "law & order";
4) If your attorney were successful in doing what he is doing, I would suggest you next time to change your name to his, and repeat what he is doing.
