孩子要申請醫學院,可是排期還差幾個月到.明年9月份才開學（按規定要提前一年遞申請）,

是否在辦理申請時填寫ALIEN NUMBER A#,

如果沒有綠卡, 孩子就不能申請在今年申請醫學院.請指教
