想問一下，我是不是不離開境內或是等拿到AP回國後再回來，而我的H1B失效了，也可以在美國境內合法等綠卡結果？？？而不會影響綠卡申請呢？我申請的是EB1A，也會被RFE for the employment status ？？？
-The problem is that you have to be employed or will be employed and thus, your I-485 can be approved. NIW/EB1A I-140 does not need an employer to be the sponsor, but you have to have a job or will have a job for your I-485 to be approved because NIW/EB1A is also employment based and that means you have to be employed by an employer within US.



這是不是說，遞交485以後，必須有有效的H1B身份？？？如果沒有就會被否決485？？？
