I have a few questions about I-130. Under the section of C, Information about your relative, Arrival/Departure Record (1-94), what should I put there? Also, I extended my mom's visa, should I put the original date in the I-94 or the extended date?

-The expiration date of the I-94 is the new I-94 expiration date(extended date). Of course, the arrival date is the date of the old I-94 was issued (the date she arrived at US).
