我的140二月份遞上， receipt上說需150 到180

天， 現在都200多天了，無任何消息。 上個月nebraska網上公布處理日期是2003年11月， 本月6日公布處理日期是2003年8月， 有誰知道這是怎末會事呀？ 多謝
