How about a few weeks gap to transfer from H1 to F2? I am worried if I cannot get the offer next week, and I have to transfer to F2.

Is it ok to transfer to F2 first, and if I get offer in 2 weeks or longer, then transfer back to H1? Just for safety.

-If you think your H1 transfer will not be appoved, your H1 change to F1 will  not be approved either. It is more difficult to change H1 to F1 than to do H1 transfer.
