layoff 3 weeks! 急問-863211老師or pjiang老師

Thanks 863211 for your suggestions before! I have more questions. I was laidoff 3 weeks ago and my employer noticed immigration to cancle my H1B and H1B pending extension.

My current I-94 on my H1B is valid to 9/23/2010 (one week left). Even if I got the offer, it will take 1 week or longer to prepare H1B application. Is that OK if the valid date passed when transfer my H1B to new company? Or Should I leave USA to reapply a new H1B? I am planning to transfer to F2 next Monday (9/20)? But I cannot work immediately if I get the offer. Which way is best way if I get an offer in one or two weeks? Thanks a lot!
