在美FLORIDA，父母逾期滯留為我帶孩子有幾年了。今天我父親從樓梯上不小心滑下來，半個身子不能動，於是我趕緊把我父親帶到了ER。ER前台的一個西班牙惡婦非要看我父親的證件，但是我沒有帶。於是，那個西班牙惡婦就認定我父親是非法移民，揚言要告我們。現在要命的是我們的地址，電話以及其它個人信息都在那個西班牙惡婦手裏。

如果那個西班牙惡婦把我父母告到了移民局，我們該怎麽辦？
