我明年三月能變成公民，據說可以提前三個月遞交申請材料，我可以同時遞交幫我父母申請綠卡的材料嗎？

還是必須等我拿到公民才能幫他們遞？

我能幫我繼父申請綠卡嗎？還是隻能幫我親生父母申請？家父早逝，繼父和母親結婚已有半年了。
-You can only sponsor your mother's GC, not your step-father because your mother and your step-father's marriage ocurred after you turned age 18.
