多謝863211老師指點。我有一點想確認一下：USCIS網站上列的申請AP的文件其中幾項是：

a.A copy of any document issued to you by USCIS showing your present status in the United states;
and

b.An explanaton or other evidence showing the circumstances that warrants issuance of an Advacen Parole Document; or

C.If you are an applicant for adjustment of status, a copy of a USCIS receipt as evidence that you filed theadjustment application。

我理解成A是必要的，然後我現在的status是H1B，所以要交transfer以後的H1B。我的理解是錯誤的嗎？希望如此，我就可以馬上申請了。多謝！！！
