-You had better do that if you continue to go and back between China and US..

辦理Reentry Permit的時間大致需要多久？
-You just need to get the fingerprinting done and then you can go to China. Normally after you file I-131 for about one month, USCIS will send you the fingerprinting appointment notice.



（因為我兩周內就要回中國，時間有限？

可否在下次回美國再辦
-Yes, but the CBP officer may give you warning when you return to China this time because you go and forth so often.

3：我是否依然可以在明年11月申請入美國籍？
-Yes, if you have not stay outside US for more than 6 months continuously.

該注意哪些事宜？
-Don't stay in US continuously for > 6 months.


4：我今年在美國幾乎沒有收入，是否也需要報稅？
-Yes. File the tax return as usual no matter whether you have income or not.
