我母親已順利地得到簽證，並將於11月來美。我打算在她在美期間幫她申請綠卡，據說這樣比人在中國快。我就希望她能在來美前把需要在中國辦的證明都辦好，我的問題是：
1。我現在所知到的隻有她的出生證明公證，

還需要無刑事犯罪證明嗎（她已72歲）

-Not need.

2。我出生證明是13年前公證的（證明我們的母女關係），還有效嗎？

-You had better 辦理“戶口本公證”to prove your family relationship with your mother because your 出生證明 was got when you were mature. So, sometimes USCIS may ask you to provide secondary evidences. If you do not have "戶口本”, you may ask the local Government/Security Department in China to give your mother a
證明 to 證明your的母女關係 and then do the 公證 of this 證明. If you can not get this 證明 from the Chinese Local Government/Security Department, you may ask some old friends/relatives to 開一個私人證明 to 證明your的母女關係.
