我是給政府做J1,我老婆是公民.據說給政府做J1的想豁免必須有H1 offer.
-How/where did you get this information? It is not true.

請問我在哪一步可以辦綠卡？豁免完J1還沒有拿H1前，還是必須等J1豁免後並且拿到H1 offer才可以申請綠卡?
