863211, where to send AP application--po box or street adress

I am going to send my ap renew application and confused where to send it.

I am going to send it by EMS ( an express service provided by US post office. So should I send it to

1) po box adress

or

2) street adress ( I gues there would be any harm if I send to stree adress even using post office mail, just want to make sure)
