My H1B visa renew is in pending too. My company told me that they will notice immigration on Monday and cancel it (not perm). So can I wait 30 days or less to look for a job before I file F2? I think immigration will know my status soon.

I sent my resume to some friends yesterday, there might be an opportunity in 2 weeks or more.Of course, it is hard. Can you give me some suggestions? Thanks!!!
