What if I do not renew H1B and my I-94 will expire at the end of September, the same as my H1B, I will use my EAD. If my priority date is not current before June 2011, I will renew my EAD. Any risk here?

If I file my H1B renewal and receive the receipt prior to the end of September, I should be okay, right? even if H1B is not yet approved then.
