I am about to apply for Green Card for my parents. My mom is here in USA with me, my dad is in China. Can anybody tell me how to apply for them? what forms I need to file? Thanks.
-You need to file I-130 for your mother and your mother need to file I-485 concurrently or separately. You also need to file another I-130 for your father to get the immigration visa in China using consular processing if he does not come to US.
