我現在是 H1 status到明年2月有效，485 pending，沒有申請EAD,。公司會幫我申請延期H1。我下周回國, 打算September 用AP回美國，應該沒問題吧？
-No problem at all. But you had better file the extension of your H1 after you come back using AP in Sept.
