instruction 上一會兒說按485收據的前三個字母如LIN，後麵又說按所在的州，我是EB based 485 pending。困惑。我拜讀了pjang老師的博客，寫的是按字母，我有些擔心因為instruction上說的按字母是否是EB based pending 485 ，還是其他category 的pending 485?
-Did your I-485 receipt has the 三個字母? If yes, just follow the instructions based on what the 字母 is. If there is not any 字母, send the I-131 to Chicago Lockbox. The other types of the I-485 receipt, send the I-131 based on where you live.
