Your information is very valuable, since I am also a NIW and now considering working outside USA for a period of time. My PD date is 07/2007 and I am wondering when the REF will come to me? I already have 2rd FP.

I have two questions:

1) Submit 824 will not automaticall invalid I485???

2) May I know your PD date so I might get an idea about when the REF will come to me:).
