再問：要申請 TN 或J1，那我得先fulfill那個居住要求麽？
-You need to check it with Canadian Embassy or Canadian goverment whether you need home-resident service for your J1 status. If yes, you need to get the J1 waiver and then, you can change J1 to H1 or TN. If no, you can chnage J1 to H1 or TN (after you become Canadian).
