收到NVS的信要求D-3032

這是說明case已經進入領館consular processing的程序了嗎？因為NVS的信沒提是 eb-1b 還是 eb-2。EB-2離current還早呢。我能assume this is referring to the approved Eb-1b case or I should call and make sure?
