Guess what? 364 new cases added. Net move = 1169-364 = 805. That's net number that cases were close.

In May~Aug 2006, pending case number is 2688. There is 6 months to go.

The above analysis is for the months that spillover does not happen. Theoretically, spillover should happen per quarter base. But it's up to USCIS or DOS.

I think the data support fiscal year based analysis not monthly stuff.

I will do more study a little bit. But everyone is welcomed to add your revise on this analysis.
