The Reasons cause recent EAD Delay Tsunaimi in NSC

1. In July 2007, there are big flood in of I-485 filing. These people get 1st one year EAD, then renewed 2 years EAD in 2008. These people need to renew now.
2. USCIS build new Phoenix Lockbox to handle EAD receiptions,a) Those clerks are new hired; b)The rules they set are different from before, such as, I-485 copy, each person need individual check for payments. c) The massive return cause about 1 and a half month delay. d) Those clerks are new, might be affected by Arizona new immigration law (personal view).
