EAD renewal,complain一下，求建議

夫妻兩個一樣情況。 遞上去90天了，打電話好幾次，上周五電話要求了expedite，結果expedite我的被拒，LD的被來個這樣的答複：

-- Expedite


The status of this service request is:

Your case is currently under review by an officer. You should receive a decision or correspondence within two to three weeks. A timely decision requires all pertinent information being present in the case when received by an adjudicating officer.

又一周過去了，昨天去了local infopass，給NSC打電話，還是沒轍，隻是給我又放了另外一個expedite request。

ead下周過期，兩個都菜菜，都不知道怎麽弄了。
