Please help: will my approved GC be revoked

Just surprisingly received notice from USCIS that my 485 was approved and card ordered. my case is NIW based. But the problem is:

* I have left the states more than a year ago with AP, and my AP has already expired more than a half year

* before leaving, I filed I824 to transfer my case to consulate

* as I know, the I485 is considered abandoned once the applicant leaves and does return before expiration date of AP

* but it seems that the IO at USCIS does not know my I824 at all, and approved my I485

* my question is: will this GC be revoked because of my leaving?

* if so, can I ask my case be reprocessed at consulate? or I need to reapply at consulate?

Event though the gc is not very useful to me now and maybe I won't use it at all, it still bothers a lot. Thank you very much for looking at it.
