在RFE 信中，移民官提出幾項補充材料要求。其中關於 the claim "receipt of lesser nationally or internationally recognized prizes or awards", 移民官隻是寫到: “Petitioner is requesting consideration under this criterion, through generally academic recognition”。請問該評價是何意思? 是否可認為該項已滿
足petition 要求?
