Important: DO not over-document

Just got my Eb-1b approved within 4 days of Fedexing it. My 2 cents here:

DO not over-document--USCIS had a document saying that over-document leads to delay. Imagine an officer open up a package with 200pages! He is more likely to just put it into "needs review" or even "reject" pile.

For publications: List all papers (add a note at the end: Title pages with Abstracts of papers are attached. Full text available upon request.) then attache the first page of each paper.

Keep it simple and easy to read! Put yourself into their shoes--who wants to read lots of boring materials?
