多謝回答。我是從L1換到H4，efile的時候把I539表的姓和名寫反了。employer應該不會過問。不知道是否需要自己做點什麽，還有後麵的support材料是繼續提交

-Send the support materials to the address on your efiled verificattion receipt (print it out and put it on top of the documents in the evelop).

還是重新file一個case再提交。

但USCIS網站又寫了同樣的case不要重複提交。
